How To Send Reminders

Reminders are attachable documents. How attachable documents are used is up to the user.

TOTALS creates one attachable document type as well as an assigned layout , named "Reminder", as an example.

Choose "Add Attachment->Reminder" from the context menu

Right-click on the document for which to add a reminder to reveal the context menu.

Choose "Preview" to see the final document

Choose "Finalize" from the share button

Choose "Send" in the next window

1- Choose actions to perform after finalizing. You can also leave all actions unselected.
2- For more details, choose the help button.
