Setting Individual Due Days

By default Totals will use the default due day calculation from the Preferences > Documents when you finalize a document. However, you can change this behavior for individual clients and suppliers.

To change the due days for individual clients/suppliers

  1. Select Contacts from the left source list.
  2. Select a client or supplier.
  3. Select the Custom tab in the right pane.
  4. Activate the checkbox Term of Payment: in the Customize section.
    The input field next to the checkbox will be enabled.
  5. Enter a number value which will be used for the following calculation:

    due date = sent date + entered value
