Processing Documents

You will process a document when you want to do one of the followings/

  • You want to duplicate a document in another document type.
    Example: Make an invoice from en estimate.
  • You want to merge multiple documents to one document.
    By merging multiple documents all line items will be added to one document.

To process a document

  1. Select document(s) you want to duplicate/merge
  2. Click the action (gear) button at the bottom of the window under the documents list.
    Or control-click (right-click) on one of the selected documents.
    The action menu will popup.
  3. Choose Process as...
    A submenu will open
  4. Choose the type of the document you want to create.
