Changing the Date Format

Totals uses system's short date format to format date values in PDF files by default. You can change it in Preferences > Advanced tab.

To change the date format

1. Choose from Menu bar > Apple menu > System Preferences....
   The system preferences window will open.
2. Choose Language & Text.
3. Select the Formats tab.
4. Click Customize in the Dates section.
5. Depending on the date style, which can be set in Preferences > Advanced tab, customize the Short:, Medium:, Long: or Full: field.
6. Click OK to accept the changes.

Totals will now use the new format now.
