Calculating Gross and Net Prices

Totals will create new documents using the default configuration for gross and net prices. You can change this behavior any time you want.

Switch between gross and net prices

  1. Select a document you want to edit.
  2. Select the Info tab in the right pane.
  3. In the Taxes section
    • Activate the checkbox Use gross prices if you want to enter line item unit prices as gross prices.
    • Deactivate the checkbox if you are entering net prices.

Important: The total amount of a document will not change after you switch between gross and net prices. Instead Totals will adjust the line item unit prices.
