Assigning Documents to Clients

Each document must have an assigned client.

To select a client

  1. Select a document.
  2. Make sure the General tab is selected.
  3. Click the vcard icon on the top of the line items.
    A popup window will open.
  4. Select Clients or Suppliers from the top-right segment. The contact list will show either clients or suppliers according to the selected segment.
  5. Select a contact from the list and double click to accept it or click Ok.
