Adding Clients on the Fly

If you are creating a new invoice or editing an invoice and want to assign a client or supplier that does not exist in your database yet, you can create it on the fly without changing to the Contacts view and loosing the focus on the existing document.

To create a new client/supplier while editing a document

  1. Select a document or you want to edit.
  2. Make sure that General tab is selected.
  3. Click the vcard icon on the top of the line items.
    A popup window will open.
  4. Click the New Client button in the bottom left corner.
  5. Enter all necessary information and click Save to create the new contact.
