About the Project Folder

Project folder is a Finder folder which is associated with a project in Totals. The folder has no special meanings for Totals. It is a link between a project in Totals and a folder on your file system.

To associate a Finder folder with a project

  1. Select a project.
  2. Select the General tab in the right view, if not already selected.
  3. Click the squared blue folder button at the right of to the Project # field.
    (Hold the Cmd key on click if you had already assigned a folder to the selected project.) A Folder-Select-Dialog will open.
  4. Choose a folder and click Set project folder.

To open the associated Finder folder

Just click the squared blue folder button. If you didn't assigned a folder before Totals will ask you to do it.
